Hi Marilou, fares are not fix, plus it’s Limited. It could be other passengers have already taken the “lowest fares” so the next lowest are shown on the booking website.
Also, take note that if a promo is quoted as “base fare” there are additional charges, which are:
1. Admin Service Fee or Ticketing Service Charge = around P280 per pax
2. Airport terminal fee = P200, it’s P300 if flying out of Cebu
3. Fuel Surcharge – this is not fix, this depends on the distance from origin to destination
4. VAT – this is not fix
Base fare + all additional charges = total price of the Cebu Pacific promo ticket

Hi Armida, check here for guide on how to book Cebu Pacific piso fare and promo tickets. Usually, a P1 base fare is only for online booking and payment via credit card, debit card, Paypal, and Alipay.
