Air Asia just announce that they will have a new Red Hot Sale this September!
Booking will be open to the public come September 11. If you are a BIG member, start of booking is September 10 at midnight. See below for the official Travel period this seat sale covers.
We’ve just checked and it looks like this is a NETWORK WIDE SALE, therefore we will all be competing for seats with passengers trying to book online in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, India, and wherever this airline operates.
What is the implication? First, there will be lots of promo seats for Malaysia city to city flights, example: Kota Kinabalu to Miri. You can also book cross country like Penang to Singapore, etc.
Second, because this is a network wide sale, there will be lots of passengers trying to book at the same time so expect to be put on queue while trying to buy ticket from the website.
