This is an updated guide on how to do online booking at website of Cebu Pacific. We recommend that you watch the slideshow linked below and for clarification, follow the instructions given on this post.
Step 1 is to go to the website where you can book promo flight tickets which is cebupacificair.com.
Step 2 is to decide whether you are booking round-trip tickets or one-way flight. Click your choice.
Step 3 is to input the travel details – origin, destination, flight date, number of passengers. Note: If you have chosen round-trip tickets, you need to enter flight date to and from (return flight date).
Once you have input your travel details click on “Continue”.
Step 4 displays a list of available flight schedules with the corresponding ticket rates. Choose the cheapest fare or the best flight time, the decision is up to you.
Now, if you can’t see the advertised promo fare price on the page, check other travel dates until you find one. The more flexible your travel dates are, the more chances of scoring the best value promo fare.
Click the flight option you want, and then scroll down the page and click “Continue” to proceed.
Step 5 a new page will load. Here you must enter both contact details and the passenger details. These details can be the same if the person booking the ticket is also the passenger.
Now, the contact details can vary in cases like say you are booking ticket for your mother. You designate yourself as the contact person, while your mother is the passengers.
On the passenger details section, enter the first and last name of the passenger, birthdate, citizenship. If you are booking international promo flights, know that you are not required to enter your passport details.
Step 6 and Step 7 are the sections for the flight add-ons. Now, you may get confused why from the original promo fare like say 599 pesos, the cost of the ticket has increase! You may wonder, why is this?
Well, there is an easy explanation. During the Cebu Pacific booking process “add-ons” are added to your flight booking by default. Can you remove them if you don’t want any add-ons? Sure you can!
No worries because you can always delete the add-ons on your online booking if you prefer. Please watch the demo guide to see instructions on how to remove baggage cost and meal cost on your ticket.

Once all add-ons are deleted from the page, the cost of ticket will again match the promo fare you selected on Step 4.
Once all details on this page are correct you can proceed to the next step in Cebu Pacific online booking by clicking on the “Continue” button.
Step 8 reveals another add-on, the pre-selected seat. The booking system assign you a seat for P200 to P400 pesos. The good news is that you can always remove the seat pre-assigned to you.
This is the instruction to remove – check the seating plan, find the seat assigned to you. This is the slot with the Cebu Pacific airplane icon in blue image. Click that and voila! the assign seat is removed!
If there is another passenger on the same ticket, just click on the assigned seat beside the name of the second, third, fourth, etc passenger to reveal the assign seat. Again, click on the highlighted blue image of airplane to remove the pre-selected seat.
To proceed with the booking, scroll down and click “Continue”.
Step 9 is the Travel Insurance. This is another add-on which you can keep or remove.
What is good about having travel insurance is that you are protected from contingencies like lost baggage, trip curtailment, flight delays, etc. But if you want to remove it, you can easily do that too.
To remove travel insurance search for the line that says “managed per guest”. After clicking, deselect or uncheck the box that says “Yes, I will travel safe with TravelSure”.
Step 10. After the Travel Insurance, you can now proceed with your booking.
This is your last chance to check accuracy of booking details. Once you are certain that you have entered all details correctly, check the box that says “I have reviewed my bookings summary…”. Then hit “Continue”.
Step 11. This is the PAYMENT PAGE.
Your online booking will remain a “reservation” until such time that you successfully pay for your tickets.
On this last step, you can see the options on how to pay for your promo fare booking at the Cebu Pacific website. These are the payment methods available for passengers booking online tickets.
Credit card or Debit card
Payment centers that accepts ticket payment up to 11:59 PM of the same day of booking (Partner Centers A). These includes online banking BDO, BPI, Metrobank, BacnetOnline; Over the counter bank payments, Bayad Center, and Robinsons Saving Banks.
Payment centers that accepts payment within 24 hours after booking and reserving your ticket online (Partner Centers B). Example of these are 711, LBC, and Cebuana Lhuillier.
Choose your preferred option, scroll down, click on SUBMIT.
Additional Cebu Pacific Booking Tips
If you have chosen to pay via Credit Card or Debit Card, you will need to enter your card details to process payment. *NO service charge for using this option.
If you have chosen Paypal or Alipay, you will be prompt for your login for these payment exchange sites.
For those who have chosen to pay via partner payment centers of Cebu Pacific, you will be given a reservation number which can either be an 11-digits number or a 13-digits reservation number, depending on the option you selected.
If you have chosen Partner Centers A, make sure to go to an accredited partner and pay ON or BEFORE 11:59 PM of the same day of booking. Now, if you went there, example, to pay over the counter at a bank and your Cebu Pacific reservation number is not accepted or it errors in the same, our guess is that during the booking process, you have selected Partner Centers B.
If you have chosen Partner Centers B, make sure to visit a payment partner and pay within 24 hours.
Failure to pay for reserved Cebu Pacific ticket on the time designated will void your reservation.
CHECK YOUR TICKET via MANAGE BOOKING Tab
You have booked your ticket and have paid for it. Where can you find your flight details or itinerary now so you can print it? Go back to the website of Cebu Pacific Air and click the “Manage Booking” tab and then “All Bookings”.
You will need to login using the email you used during ticket booking.
