2019 will become even better with the Philippine Airlines New Year Sale!

PAL flies to numerous Philippine destinations as well as abroad including USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Middle East, New Zealand, and of course, Asian destinations. Lots of these routes will be up for grabs real soon. Fly with the Heart of the Filipino!

What preparations do you need for the PAL NEW YEAR SALE?

• Passenger details which means full name, birthday, email.
• Trip details including destination, routes.

• Contact details of the one who is in-charge of the booking like you, if you are the one tasked by your family or barkada or special one to do the actual PAL New Year promo booking. Email, mobile number and/or landline is very crucial as this is where Philippine Airlines will reach out to you for flight reminders and flight updates (cancellation / schedule adjustment as necessary).

• Fund or Money to pay for the sale tickets. As early as now, know what payment method you plan to use, make sure you have enough funds therein that can pay for the PAL ticket.

Enough credit limit if you will use a credit card.

PAL has not released if they will accept CASH for the New Year Sale 2019 but we have a hunched they will, since this airlines usually do accept cash payments for their deals.

**Based on our observations, PAL promos for Philippine flights can be paid in the payment centers and use Pesos. For PAL international promos that will be quoted in US Dollars, you may pay this in Cash via banks which accepts PAL ticket payments. The bank can convert your pesos into dollar, plus the bank staff will know what to do.

Although we have received messages from a few of our 1 Piso Fare readers that international flights reserved online via PAL website which are quoted in USD may be paid in pesos, provided that you have converted the ticket price from USD to PHP. But they say that to make sure of the amount in PHP, it’s better to call up Philippine Airlines hotline and ask their representative about the USD to PHP conversion for the day and how much you need to pay in pesos for your confirmed ticket reservation. *Provide your ticket reservation reference number.

But what do we recommend? If you have credit card or debit card, we strongly suggest that you use this in paying for the Philippine Airlines international promo ticket during this New Year Sale promotion for less hassle.

BOOK THOSE PAL PROMO TICKETS

Booking Period starts January 7 and will end in January 13, 2019. There is a possibility that the PAL sale period might be extended, but don’t wait to buy your ticket at the last minute! That’s a No – No considering that promo fares are LIMITED and other passengers might beat you to the last available one!

Where and how to book? Our recommend is that you book direct with Philippine Airlines. Go to their ticketing offices or branches nationwide or do direct online booking at philippineairlines.com. Today is still January 5, so this hasn’t started yet. We just want to alert our readers and followers to be ready since promo offers are on a first come, first serve basis, until sale ticket lasts or end of booking period. Quick actions and booking fast is necessary to get the best airfare deals for 2019.

Usually, PAL promos are on base fare. So the quoted one-way rates does not include yet the ticketing admin fee and VAT, etc. But it’s a no brainer; if you want to fly with PAL, buying your ticket during a promotion comes out cheaper versus if you will buy the same ticket on regular prices.
