The sample that we use is for international flight Manila to Kota Kinabalu. On the first chosen flight schedule, ticket price was P1,800++, we searched other dates until we found lower fare at P1,500++.
BOOKING TIP: Make your travel date flexible so you have a good chance of finding lowest promo fare.
Where to book? How to book? Go to the official website of this airline at www.airasia.com/ph. Do not book via anyone you don’t know personally who will contact you via Facebook. Avoid scam! Book by yourself, or visit a ticketing outlet of Air Asia if you don’t like online booking.
How to pay for tickets? There are several payment methods that you can choose from – (1) credit card or debit card, (2) internet banking direct debit using DragonPay or Bancnet online, (3) counter Payment (Cebuana Lhuillier, 7 Eleven, Bayad Center, Robinson Department Store, M Lhuillier, The SM Store, or EC Pay), (4) UnionPay, or (5) E-Gift Voucher.
Passengers will be charged a service fee for all payment options, except if you will use AirAsia BIG Prepaid Mastercard. This is why the promo airfare of P1,588 became P1,738 in our sample.
If you will pay using Credit Card or Debit Card – Additional P224 per person per way as processing fee.
If you will pay using DragonPay Direct Debit Internet Banking – Additional P224 PER BOOKING, max of 9 persons per booking.
In our 1Pisofare demo, the chosen payment method to pay for the reserved Air Asia promo ticket was “COUNTER PAYMENT via 7 Eleven”. This option will give passengers 12 Hours to pay for the ticket. Failure to pay on or before deadline will void the reserve flight. MAKE SURE TO PAY THE AMOUNT DUE BEFORE DEADLINE!
If you will also choose “counter payment”, take note of the booking reference number because you will need this when you go to the outlet to pay the ticket. A copy of your flight itinerary will be sent to the email you entered during the booking process.

Before you start booking, prepare the details ahead.
