Victory Liner NAIA AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS – Naia Terminal 1, 2 Centennial, 3, Terminal 4 Old Domestic

Last updated by 1PisoFare on March 21, 2018

Victory Liner has a new service beginning October 9,2015 – this bus company can take you to NAIA Terminals 1 to 4. This is a new option for you to travel from Pasay to the different airports in Manila which includes NAIA 1 International Airport, Terminal 2 Centennial Airport, Terminal 3 Cebu Pacific, and Terminal 4 Old Domestic.

How to ride Victory Liner Airport Shuttle Bus?

Head to the Victory Liner Pasay Terminal and take the HM Transport Shuttle Bus. The Pasay Victory terminal address is 651 EDSA Pasay City (near Evangelista Street).  Telephone number for their Manila office (02) 559-7735, or you can also try this number (02) 8335019 for more info or if you have questions.

The airport shuttle bus from Victory Liner leaves at an hourly interval starting 5 AM and until 10 PM.

How much you are going to pay for the airport shuttle bus from Victory Liner? Fare for the NAIA Terminals or Bus Ticket is just 20 Pesos or about USD 0.45

This HM Shuttle Bus from Victory Liner can also take you from the NAIA 1 to 4 terminals back to the bus terminal in Pasay City.

Where to find the bus?

In NAIA Terminal 3 you can find the Victory Liner/HM bus near arrival area bay 7 and 8. In other terminals just spot the bus in the arrival area. The bus will not stay long in one terminal, it will just drop off and pick up passengers for a few minutes before going to the next terminal, then to the Victory Liner Pasay terminal.

Victory Liner Airport Service Shuttle for NAIA TerminalsVictory Liner NAIA Airport Service

This is a cheap transpo alternative versus the NAIA airport yellow taxis and coupon cars.

Also remember that car services such as Grab Cars and Uber are not allowed to pick-up passengers in the airport. They are only allowed to drop off passengers.

This is even better news for those of you who are going straight to select provinces, as the airport shuttle bus stops at the Victory Liner Pasay terminal where you can find provincial bound buses for the following destinations: Olongapo, Baguio, Iba Zambalez, Lingayen, Guagua Pampanga, Tuguegarao Cagayan Valley.

If you have tried this Manila airport shuttle bus service, let us know about your feedback by leaving a comment below.

VICTORY LINER airport bus service has been discontinued for now.

Update November 2016: NAIA Airports now offers a premium bus service UBE EXPRESS that can take your from Terminals 1,2,3 to Makati, Roxas Bldv, Entertainment City. Check the post for details on routes and stops, as well as bus schedule.

Suggestion, if you could make additional bus route along Edsa to Monumento for passenger that have multiple baggage for convenience. As I remember Victory Pasay TErminal dont have Cagayan valley destination.

Wow this is nice! From EDSA LRT station, taxis would usually ask for 350 pesos. I know there’s another airport shuttle bus just at the back of I think Sogo, if I’m not mistaken, but haven’t tried that. This is good news! Thanks.

Hi Joyce, yes there is another one – the airport shuttle coaster, but this seats only about 20 to 25 passengers. The HM Bus of Victory Liner has a bigger seating capacity. Let us know once you tried the Victory Liner airport shuttle bus.

Will you still have the Airport Shuttle Service during the APEC Period?

(On Nov. 18, we want to take the MRT and take the Airport Shuttle at Victory Pasay Terminal…to Terminal 3. Our flight is at 830PM.)

I like the idea ,safer from the bad guys you will directly drop you off to the main terminals without going out of the street. The main concern here is the multiple baggage like the balik bayan box ,Are they have room for this to accommodate such boxes and the transferring of belongings from bus to bus going to different provinces and how much they charge per baggage if that happened is that a flat rate or not.Thank you appreciate 😄👍

I went to victory liner pasay yesterday (december 10, 2015) to try this airport shuttle service., i arrived at around 6:15pm and went straight to the lady guard to ask about the airport shuttle, she pointed me to the location where the shuttle picks up passengers, then ask her what time will the bus arrive. She replied: “Sir wala po definite time, pero may darating po jan”. After an hour of waiting, i ask her again, “Miss darating pa ba yung bus?” Isang oras na ako naghihintay?” She then replied, “Baka natrapik lang”. And so i waited patiently hoping for a positive sign of the shuttle. I even texted the number on the tarpaulin (posted up in the pick up area) but got no response. Ending – i took a cab going to the airport after more than 2 hours of waiting.

So as a reminder, be sure you have enough time. Also consider the traffic situation in the area and the day, yes, friday is a heavy traffic day.

Still, the service is a really big help specially to those on tight budget. I just hope that they have enough shuttle buses to make the “hourly interval” a reality.

    Thanks. 🙂

Can anyone clarify if the Victory liner Pasay shuttle bus going to and from the Manila Int’l Airport (aka NAIA) is back in operation again? If so, where is the loading/unloading of passengers from each terminal (if going from the airport to their Pasay terminal). Also, do they finally have definite arrival and/or departure schedules to and from the airport?

    Thanks in advance.
