How to Book Promo Tickets via this PAL Promo Fare:
Here are your booking option if you are interested in purchasing these airline deal tickets:
- Online booking at PAL website: www.philippineairlines.com.
i. The CITI Cardholder must enter the first six digits of his/her card in the “Promo Code” field, and click the “Click and Book” button to proceed. Discounted value will be displayed upon flight search and not after the payment.
ii. The Cardholder must enter the passenger and Citi Card personal details and contact numbers to complete the booking.
iii. Once the payment is successful, the Cardholder will receive a confirmation via email. - Call the PAL reservation hotline: 8am – 10pm daily 855-9999 for Metro Manila 032-5051688 for Cebu
- Visit the nearest PAL Ticket Office. For ticket office and contact center transactions – Account code: PRCITI16 Indicate the account code from the Additional Option screen during Price Quotation. This will enable the system to provide the applicable CITI promo fare.
Promo is exclusive to all Principal and Supplementary Citi Cardholders whose cards have been issued by Citibank, N.A Philippines. (For payment purposes.)
