Tickets are available for online booking at www.philippineairlines.com. Here is the procedure:
- The Cardholder must enter the first six digits of his/her card in the “Promo Code” field, and click the “Click and Book” button to proceed.
- The Cardholder must enter the passenger and Citi Card details to complete the booking.
- Once the payment is successful, the Cardholder will receive a confirmation via email.
You may also call the PAL reservation hotline to get your promo fare tickets. Their hot line numbers are 855-9999 for Metro Manila 032-5051688 for Cebu and are open from 8am up to 8pm daily.
PAL Ticket Offices are also open to book your round trip domestic promo fare tickets.
