This Cebu Pacific promo is for 2015 up to 2016. Yes, the months of October, November, and December 2015 are included in this airline promo. So does the months of January, February and March 2016.

1,463 Pesos: Manila to Iloilo, Legazpi, Naga, Roxas, San Jose (Mindoro), Tuguegarao or Virac
1,498 Pesos: Cebu to Butuan, Boracay (Caticlan), Clark, General Santos, Legazpi, Siargao or Zamboanga
Passengers will be given free 7 kilos hand carry baggage allowance.
Travel dates is from October 18, 2015 up to March 31, 2016.
