JETSTAR PAYMENT OPTIONS
Passengers who wishes to buy Jetstar promo tickets via online booking may pay for the reserved tickets via debit card / credit card, Gcash, or via Jetstar Manila booking office.
A. For those who will choose to pay using debit or credit card, Jetstar charges a Booking and Service Fee of ₱250.00 per passenger per flight applies.
B. For those who will pay via the booking office, there is a service charge of P500 for intra-Asia flight. The Jetstar service and booking fee for long haul flight is P1,000.
Jetstar Manila main booking office is via HT&T Travel Phils. Inc with address at 10/F Salustiana D. TY Tower 104, Paseo De Roxas, Legaspi Village, Makati City. Telephone number is (02) 810 4744. Office hours is Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM only. Jetstar office is closed on weekends and holidays.
C. For those who will pay using GCash, there is NO service fee. Don’t forget to note down your Jetstar Asia booking reference number. Check below for the full details on how to use Gcash to pay for Jetstar tickets.
How to Pay via Gcash for Jetstar Tickets
Please have the following handy when you make your payment:
- Jetstar Asia Booking Reference Number – available on the Confirmation page (this page will show up after you click on pay via Gcash option. See screenshot:
*The booking reference number is usually 6 characters.
- Total amount due in Philippines Pesos (PHP)
- Your 4-digit G.Cash Mobile Pin (MPIN)

- Using your mobile phone, text:

2. You will receive a text message reply from G.Cash after a successful transaction.
3. Jetstar will update their records the following day and a copy of the ticket itinerary will be emailed to you within 3 working days. Make sure you input the correct email during booking!!!
4. For check-in, just bring a print-out of your itinerary or the receipt.
5. Bring also valid ID when you check-in for your flight with Jetstar.
All passengers will get 7 kilos of free hand carry bag allowance. Add prepaid baggage during booking as necessary.
