Cebu Pacific Air is having normal operations for their flights to China, Hong Kong and Macau. Cebu Pacific regularly flies to cities like Shanghai, Guangzhou (Canton), Beijing, Shenzhen, Xiamen as well as territories like HK and MACAU.
But due to the novel Coronavirus situation, the airlines is offering their services for FREE to REFUND or REBOOK your tickets. You can also opt to use your money as a Travel Fund for your future flights for Cebu Pac.
How ever, you can only avail these FREE Rebooking or Refund service if you’ve booked your tickets to or from the said destinations before January 24, 2020. Only tickets with flights before February 29, 2020 will be honored.
Here is what Cebu Pacific Air is offering their China bound passengers:
- Rebook flights (new flight date within 30 days of original travel date)
- Refund tickets in full
- Store the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use

For those who availed flight tickets via Third Party apps or websites, or even to authorized travel agents, Cebu Pacific advises to contact the sellers so that these third party sellers can refund or rebook your tickets.

Hello po just want to ask, nacancelled po kase ni Cebu Pacific yung flight namin to Macau. pano ko po makukuha yung full refund? Ano po ilalagay ko sa select reason of refund? any po ba? Please help asap
