The Greater Bay Area is also known as the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area. This location consists of nine Cities and 2 Administrative regions in South China.
Successful applicants will be based on the Hong Kong Office of Cebu Pacific Air!
Basic Qualifications:
- Highly-motivated, growth mindset and analytical
- Quick-thinker. Willing to explore new ideas
- Able to supervise a small team
- Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree
- Min. 5 years of sales experience in international airlines or travel industry in Hong Kong
- Good network with travel partners in Hong Kong
- Familarity with OTA, digital sales and airline distribution is a plus
- Possess strong selling, negotiation, interpersonal, communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Navigate and analyze data from Tableau, Power BI and other industry data sets.
- Must speak fluent English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Manager and is responsible for sales performance of assigned territories in Greater Bay Area;
- Drive sales and distribution strategy, prospects and pipeline for assigned territories;
- Drive account management initiatives with key agencies and trade partners;
- Deepen engagement with market. Conduct business reviews, product seminars, webinars, fam trips etc;
- Review and design fare products, sales programs and campaigns to drive incremental business;
- Source and acquire new agency, corporate or trade partners and opportunities through industry events and engagements;
- Collaborate with HQ for end-to-end implementation of new sales partners;
- Review performance of sales partners and distribution channels to maximise sales opportunities;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive in-market initiatives;
- Monitor market landscape. Review market insights to ensure competitiveness;
- Coordinate with key departments (i.e. Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Services, Ground Ops, etc.) to ensure quality experience for trade and customers;
- Deputise Sales Manager as needed;
- Support Head of Sales & Distribution, Greater China, as assigned;
- Other adhoc tasks as assigned
