  • Rebooking: Permitted on Premium Economy & Business class only, subject to USD 150 re-booking charge; Economy class, strictly not permitted
  • Refunds: Permitted for totally unused tickets subject to USD 150 for Premium Economy class and USD 200 for Business class; REFUNDS not permitted for Economy class tickets.
