One of the most hot topics when traveling by air nowadays is the amount of luggage you can carry with you inside the cabin and the amount and weight of luggage that you can check in.
If you are a frequent flyer of Air Asia or has a future flight to this budget airline, then best to read this guideline for their check in and hand carry baggage guidelines.
Air Asia passengers are allowed to bring with them luggage not more than 7 kilograms in weight. They can carry 2 items with them. One luggage for the overhead compartment and a smaller bag that you can fir under the seat.
The larger bag must fit the overhead compartment and must not exceed 56cm X 36cm X 23 cm in dimension.
The smaller bag, usually a backpack, laptop bag or bag for infants must fit under the seat and must not exceed 40 cm X30 cm X10 cm.
If you need to bring with you liquids, gels or aerosols, these items must be placed in 100ml containers.
If you need to carry more bags, boxes and other luggage, CHECK IN BAGGAGA is the way to go.
Passengers are allowed to check in more than 1 bag or luggage as long as they do not exceed their purchased limit. However, there is a weight limit for your luggage. Each checked in bag must not exceed 32 kgs.
This is good news for certain airlines only allow 1 or 2 bags per weight limit on their Check In Baggage Service.
