Dont buy from jetstar they will chrge u twice and they will not refund u back your money.. like me i have reuested them so mny times to refund me my 11056 pesos that they have twice charge to my bdo account. But they end up denying it sying on their end they only see twice.. but on bdo’s end it ws clearly stated that it was jetstar nd even my total blance which was shown on the bnk statement submitted to them shows the deduction. They still denies it. Those who are not checking the accounts after using ur crds for the airfare ticket this is a wy of getting money from ur customers. Stop denying nd refund the amount stop bouncing me from ur cust care to email to online chts.. this is insne and stupid. Dont get ur customer’s money!
