What’s great about this promo is that it is a NO FUEL SURCHARGE deal. All you have to pay is the 1 PISO FARE Base Fare, VAT, Terminal Fee if you pay using DragonPay. If you will pay using Debit or Credit card, an additional pay is charged as processing fee, this fee is similar to Cebu Pacific’s web admin fee.
