    In 2016 (August) we took the ferry from Manila to Cebu. We rented a cabin. Great service, free WiFi, TV and room service. Food was superb. This year,October (2017) we planned the same trip from Manila to Cebu and back a week later and paid for a Stateroom each way. We were placed on the smaller ship this time. Big mistake. We paid the same fees for no WiFi, poor reception on the TV in both directions. On the return to Manila the Stateroom washroom was dirty, flies on the bed and to top it off the Manager for the restaurant had not ordered enough food to feed the 1st class or any other class. passengers. We were limited on what we could order and there was no bread and supper was a small dry chunk of over cooked fish and a little rice for which there was not enough to feed everyone. 6 pieces left and over a dozen passengers coming in for the paid for meal 45 minutes after meal time was called. One could not order from the menu for other food options because there were no supplies. From now on when we visit the Philippines we will fly from Manila to Cebu and back. Never again will we take your ferry service nor will I recommend it to anyone.
