We are always looking for some spare time to relax and enjoy the beach or go out with family. And some of these times are best spent during holidays or long weekends for we are not forced to file our leaves at work or be absent in school.
There are various special and regular holidays in the Philippines and they can be found in all the months in the calendar. For 2015, Malacanang has already posted a list of Philippine Holidays and their dates.

The proclamations and dates for the national holidays for the observance of the Eid’l Fitr and the Eidul Adha will be updated in 2015 after the approximate dates of these Islamic holidays are determined in accordance with the Islamic calendar (Hijra) or the the Lunar Calendar, or upon Islamic astronomical calculations.
The National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) is responsible in informing the Office of the President on which days and dates these Muslim holidays shall respectively fall so that the proclamation for the exact dates will be made.
So what are you waiting for? Mark your calendars for there are lots of holidays and long weekends for 2015!!
