How to book online via Cebu Pacific Air?
Cebu Pacific Air’s booking website is www.cebupacificair.com.
There, you can book regular tickets to all of Cebu Pacific’s domestic and International destinations.
It is also the best place to book and purchase your tickets especially if there is an ongoing promo like Piso Fare promos for you can book fast and it is open 24 hours a day.
Booking here is easy. Just enter the needed data like place of origin and destination, number or passengers, travel dates, contact numbers and others. Continue booking until you’ve reached the Payment Page. There, you can see various payment options that can suit your needs like:

- Over the Counter payments

Booking and Payment Instructions
- Book online at www.cebupacificair.com, enter all the needed data until you reach the payment page. From there click on the Payment Centers tab, and choose any of the payment centers.
- You can also book your Cebu Pacific regular and promo tickets by calling their Call Center at +63 (2) 70-20-888.
- Just take note the that this form of payment is offered only to bookings with flights departing 4:00 PM onwards of the next day, Philippine time.
- The website or the Call Center agent will give you a 14-digit Reference Number and the total amount to be paid.
- Go to your preferred payment center on or before 11:59 PM or 23:59H of the same day that you made your booking. Present the 14-digit Reference Number, and pay for your reservation in PHP currency. The payment center will issue a Transaction Number. Please take note of this in case of disputes.
This is the procedure when paying over the counter:
Over the Counter Payments
This service is for Robinsons Bank, Metrobank, Banco De Oro
- Get the bank’s deposit slip or payment slip.
- In the account number, write down the 14-digit Reference Number that was given to you earlier.
- In the account name, Write “Cebu Pacific”.
- Write down the exact Transaction Amount given by CEB system or by the Call Center agent.
- As soon as your payment has been posted, you’ll receive your Itinerary Receipt via email or your 6-digit alphanumeric Confirmation Number via mobile phone.
- At the airport, present your Itinerary Receipt or Confirmation Number, together with a valid ID.
Aside from the banks stated above, you can do over the counter payments at these following business establishments:
- Bayad Center
- Robinson’s Department Stores
- SM Business Service Centers
Payment options for Credit Cards
Aside from Credit Card payments, some of the most common ways in paying your Cebu Pacific regular and promo tickets are via ATM Card and Over the Counter Payments.
Only for: BDO, Metrobank, Robinsons Bank, Bancnet and Megalink Member Banks
- When using the ATM Machine, select “Bills Payment”
- Then select “Cebu Pacific”
- Enter the 14-digit Reference Number (also known as account number).
- Enter EXACT Transaction Amount to be paid for your ticket.
- Get and keep your Transaction Receipt.
- As soon as your payment has been posted, you will get the Itinerary Receipt via email or your 6-digit alphanumeric Confirmation Number via mobile phone.
- Show your Itinerary Receipt or Confirmation Number, together with a valid ID during check in at the Airport.
ATM Payments can only be used through Bancnet and Megalink ATMs only on Mondays to Fridays. This service is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
